C75200 is a nickel silver alloy (Cu-Ni-Zn) that combines strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent formability with a bright silver appearance. Despite the name, nickel silver contains no silver — the term refers to the alloy’s color, which results from its nickel content of approximately 18%.
With nominal composition of 65% copper, 18% nickel, and 17% zinc, C75200 offers a strong balance of mechanical properties, modest electrical conductivity, and tarnish resistance. It cold-works well, forms cleanly, and is widely used for stamped and drawn components in electrical, hardware, and architectural applications.
C75200 is most commonly produced in temper-controlled coil and strip for precision stamping operations, and is also available in sheet and bar for general fabrication.
