C17200 beryllium copper from Source21 is a high performance copper alloy engineered for applications that demand exceptional strength spring performance and reliable electrical conductivity. Commonly known as BeCu 25 this alloy is non magnetic non sparking and highly resistant to corrosion and fatigue making it well suited for use in hazardous and high reliability environments. After age hardening C17200 can reach tensile strengths up to 200 ksi while maintaining excellent dimensional stability and long service life. It is widely used in springs electrical connectors aerospace fasteners oilfield tools and precision contacts where durability and performance are critical. C17200 beryllium copper is available in multiple tempers from annealed for forming prior to heat treatment to peak aged and cold drawn conditions for high fatigue applications.

Source21 supplies C17200 in coil, strip, sheet, foil, bar, and wire, all produced to ASTM B194, ASTM B196, and CDA C17200 standards. Contact the
