201 Stainless Steel

 We supply quality 201 Stainless Steel Coils, Sheet, and Strip. SS 201 can be manufactured to different hardnesses as well, like 1/2 hard 3/4 hard and Full Hard, depending on the customer’s requirement. Our Stainless Steel UNS S20100 Coil offers excellent thermodynamic properties, like specific heat capacity, melting points, and coefficient of linear expansion.

It is Chromium (16% – 18%), and Nickel (3.5% – 5.5%). It contains higher amounts of Manganese (5.5%-7.5%) and Nitrogen, and lower amounts of Nickel than type 304 steel.

Increasing costs and the high volatility of Nickel have made Type 201 stainless steel increasingly attractive for certain stainless steel end products. In most applications, there is no loss in resistance to corrosion.

Austenitic 201 Stainless Steel Coils have extended amount of nitrogen and manganese, which offers good electromagnetic properties like electrical conductivity, electrical resistivity, and magnetic permeability. ASTM A167 201 Stainless Steel Coils are available in various forms like Hot Rolled 201 SS Coils, and Cold Rolled 201 SS Coils. 201 SS Coils in diverse industries like automobile, pharmaceuticals, chemical, oil & gas, and construction industries.
